GENERAL

These general conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers at NOBILE. By placing an order, an agreement is made with NOBILE and these terms and conditions are accepted. Please read carefully before placing an order. We can modify the terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law. SECURE PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Payment is charged at the time of the order.

No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that we cannot charge an amount higher than what you approved.

The order will be shipped once the payment is received.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Normally we ship orders within 24 hours (from Monday to Friday excluding holidays) from receipt of payment. Orders in Europe have a delivery time of approximately 2-5 days. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received, orders are normally shipped within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times are indicative and therefore are not guaranteed. We commit to keeping the webshop stock updated. However, in case a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible. In case a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (erroneously provided by the customer) or in case the package is not picked up by the customer at the pick-up location, after failed home delivery attempts, the costs for the return to sender will be charged to the recipient. In case you decide to cancel the order, the costs incurred for the first shipment and any credit card charges will be deducted from the return payment. The order will be shipped once payment is received.

RETURN

Consumers have the right to return their purchase without providing any reason within a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods. For the Christmas holidays, the purchased goods can be returned by January 31. You can exchange or return the goods by sending an email to the domain: calzificio@nobileitaly.com informing us of the intention to return the goods. The following should kindly be indicated:

  • order number
  • your name and address
  • the intention to exchange the goods or return them
  • the reason for the return or exchange

NOBILE will respond to your email within 24-48 hours. You can follow all the further return conditions and instructions provided by NOBILE. For discounted products in the SALE section, it is not possible to make returns or exchanges. Goods must be intact, unwashed, and unused, with all labels intact. In case of damage or signs of use, we have the right to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund. In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs of the goods they wish to return. If you decide to receive a replacement item, delivery will be made free of charge for shipments of goods in exchange for a total over €50 (only for Italy and San Marino), otherwise, the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the consumer. In the case of international returns, any import charges or administration fees (customs) that may be charged for the import of returned goods, will be deducted from the return payment. If the return instructions are followed carefully, NOBILE will refund the consumer for the returned items within 7 days of receipt of the returns. In case the free shipping applied to your order, and the total order amount after returns is less than the minimum order amount eligible for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.

N.B: For discounted products, SALE section, it is not possible to make returns or exchanges, and it is not possible to use coupons or discount vouchers.

REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS, AND GUARANTEES

In case of questions or complaints about any of our products or procedures, please let us know via email: calzificio@nobileitaly.com. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after the order delivery (within 5 calendar days) via calzificio@nobileitaly.com and, if possible, providing us with images of the defect. The item will be replaced or refunded upon return of the same.

This privacy policy sets out how NOBILE will store and use user-related information. This applies to the entire website. nobileitaly.com is committed to respecting your privacy. We have structured our website so that, in general, you can visit it without identifying yourself or providing personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, such personal data will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We have adopted the essential measures to ensure that all information you provide us, including credit card data, remains private and secure, such payment and registration information will be treated with total confidentiality. When you place orders or access account information, we offer the use of a secure server. All the information you enter is encrypted by the secure server software (SSL) before it is sent to us. We will not sell, distribute, or rent your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All users of the website are required to know and accept all of the above general conditions. By placing an order with NOBILE, the consumer automatically accepts all our general conditions. NOBILE's customer details are automatically stored in our customer list.
