1. However, if our socks do not meet your expectations due to quality issues, or if you believe they do not match the descriptions on our website, don't worry. We offer a 100-day guarantee to request a full refund of your order.
2. Exchanges due to size changes, model changes, or errors in the purchase process are free of charge. However, the shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
3. Remember that socks are intimate apparel, therefore we cannot accept exchanges of socks that have already been worn.
4. Size changes and exchanges mentioned in point two are not valid for outlet models.
5. A refund request can be approved if it complies with point one of this page. In such cases, we will arrange a pick-up of the goods at our expense, and the full order amount will be refunded once the goods have been received.
You will see the refunded amount on your account immediately if the payment was made via PayPal, or within a few business days if the payment was made through other methods. The time it takes to receive the money varies depending on the customer's bank. For most banks, the time frame is between two and five business days.
