The Nobile 1982 tailor-made men's socks are created for those who cannot find the perfect fit in standard sizes. Large feet, wide calves, legs that are particularly long or short: every body has its own proportions, and a sock that does not respect them ends up slipping, pinching or leaving marks on the skin. This service exists to solve that problem at its root.

Thanks to our sock factory in Racale, Puglia, we produce entirely Made in Italy personalised men's socks by adapting foot size, leg height and calf circumference to the actual measurements of the person who will wear them. Whether you need men's socks in large sizes from 47 upwards, smaller sizes or non-standard proportions between foot and leg, our artisans calibrate every stage of production to your specifications.

The service is available for tailor-made knee-high socks and tailor-made crew socks in noble cotton yarn, Filoscozia®, the extra-long-staple Egyptian cotton that ensures softness and durability, and in Merino wool for the colder months. You can also order no-show socks and ankle socks in Makò cotton, as well as Chiffon Filoscozia® versions for those who prefer an ultra-thin knit.

Beyond special-size men's socks, the service includes men's socks personalised with initials and the option to request specific colours or patterns, for a result that combines a bespoke fit with unique details. The minimum order is 6 pairs per style and colour, a quantity that allows our artisans to build every pair around your requirements.

Our socks are Made in Italy, entirely sewn in Racale, a town based in the south of Italy, known for being "the city of socks" thanks above all to the high skills developed by local craftsmen.

Our socks are made with the best cotton in the world and are more resistant than socks made by common cotton.

However, to better protect the natural shine properties and durability over time, it is recommended to wash by hand in cold water, with a non-aggressive neutral detergent.

Just leave the socks to soak in cold water with the detergent for less than 15 minutes, then rinse them, squeeze them, "beat" them and hang them out to dry.

The socks do not need to be ironed and can be worn as soon as they are dry. On the leg, they won't show any kind of wrinkles.
