The NOBILE brand recognizes the importance of personal data protection and considers its protection to be one of the main objectives of its activity.

Before communicating any personal data, NOBILE invites you to carefully read this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy"), as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and the security measures adopted to ensure confidentiality in full compliance with the Applicable Regulations.

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the website https://nobileitaly.com/ ("Site"), and not to other websites that may be consulted via external links. It should be considered as information provided in accordance with Art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 for those who access and interact with the Site.

Please note that NOBILE has also decided to comply with the provisions of Recommendation no. 2/2001 concerning the minimum requirements for the online collection of data in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Party.

NOBILE informs you that the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation of purposes and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Your personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with legislative provisions and the obligations of confidentiality provided for therein.

DATA CONTROLLER

At any time, you can contact NOBILE, the "Data Controller", at the email address calzificio@nobileitaly.com to obtain information and/or report any problems.

PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

By "Personal Data", we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, particularly referring to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more elements characteristic of their physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity.

In light of the above, through this Site, the following data can be collected:

Browsing data

The computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated with you, but by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow you to be identified. Among these are the IP addresses or domain names of the devices used to connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to your operating system and computer environment.

These data are used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning; to allow - given the architecture of the systems used - the correct delivery of the various features you request, for security reasons and to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties, and are deleted after 7 days.

Data provided voluntarily

Through the Site, you have the opportunity to voluntarily provide Personal Data such as your name and surname, email address, phone number to contact NOBILE through the "Contact" form, or to purchase products offered on the platform. NOBILE will process these data in compliance with the industry regulations, assuming that they refer to you or third parties who have expressly authorized you to confer them based on an appropriate legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the data in question. With respect to these hypotheses, you act as an independent data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, you give the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for processing damage, etc. that should reach NOBILE from third parties whose Personal Data has been processed through your use of the Site in violation of the Applicable Regulations.

Cookies and similar technologies

NOBILE collects Personal Data through cookies. More information on the use of cookies and similar technologies is available in the specific policy to which reference is made.

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS, AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING

The Personal Data you provide through the Site will be processed by NOBILE for the following purposes:

a) purposes related to the execution of a contract of which you are a party or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request (e.g., contact request via the Contact form, presentation of your candidacy for a job position); b) research/statistical analysis purposes on aggregate or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the operation of the Site, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest; c) purposes related to compliance with a legal obligation to which NOBILE is subject; d) purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the jurisdictional authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions; e) to send you promotional communications relating to the products marketed, upon registration in the related section of the site;

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or the response to a request that does not require consent pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679. The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while the purposes referred to in points c) and d) represent legitimate processing of Personal Data under Reg. 2016/679 as, once Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which NOBILE is subject or to exercise its right of defense in court. The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is mandatory, and their possible non-provision could make it impossible to meet a request from you or fulfill a legal obligation to which NOBILE may be subject.

With regard to the purposes referred to in the above letter e) the legal basis is consent and it is specified that the provision of such data is not mandatory and that once given, consent can be revoked at any time.

RECIPIENTS

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the specified purposes, with:

  • subjects necessary for the provision of the services offered by the Site, including, for example, the analysis of the functioning of the Site, which typically act as data processors for NOBILE;
  • people authorized by NOBILE to process Personal Data who have committed themselves to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality; (e.g., NOBILE employees and collaborators);
  • jurisdictional authorities in the exercise of their functions when required by Applicable Regulations.

TRANSFERS

Some of your Personal Data is transferred to Recipients who may be located outside the European Economic Area. NOBILE ensures that the electronic and paper processing of your Personal Data by the Recipients takes place in compliance with the Applicable Regulations. Indeed, transfers are based alternatively on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Model Clauses approved by the European Commission.

DATA RETENTION

NOBILE will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above. By way of example, NOBILE will process your Personal Data for the time allowed by Italian law to protect its interests (Arts. 2946 and 2947 cc). In any case, data for marketing activities will be kept for a period not exceeding 24 months from collection.

YOUR RIGHTS

Within the limits of industry regulations, you have the right to ask NOBILE at any time for:

  • Access to your Personal Data,
  • The correction or deletion of your Personal Data,
  • To object to their processing,
  • Limitation of processing,
  • To receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Requests should be made via email to: calzificio@nobileitaly.com.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (Data Protection Authority) if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the current legislation.
